Shipping policy

🌿 Our Permanent Club Schedule & Ordering Rules 
To protect our creative and hand-packing process, the club operates on a strict batch calendar. Please read how our timeline works before joining:
• ⏳ 27th Monthly Cut-off (: The 27th of every month is our hard deadline. After the 27th, current batch ordering closes.
• 📅 1st Automated Billing (: For all active members, recurring monthly billing occurs automatically on the 1st of the month.
• 📦 10th Shipping Day : All packages are shipped together in one single batch on the 10th of every month. (If the 10th falls on a weekend, it ships the next business day).

How the Ordering Timeline Works:
• Subscribed ON or BEFORE the 27th: You belong to the Upcoming Month's Batch (Shipped on the next 10th).

(e.g., Joining on June 20th ➔ You get the July Edition ➔ Shipped on July 10th).

• Subscribed AFTER the 27th: You will skip the immediate next batch and your order is reserved for the Following Month's Batch (Shipped on the 10th of the month after next).

 (e.g., Joining on June 28th ➔ You get the August Edition ➔ Shipped on August 10th).

📢 SPECIAL LAUNCH RULES FOR JUNE 
Because we are grandly launching on June 1st, we have customized a special welcoming timeline for our very first month:
• 🚀 Phase 1 (June 1st – June 10th Before Shipping): If you subscribe anytime from our opening until June 10th (before the packages leave our studio), you will receive our debut June Edition Art & Letters. Your package will ship on June 10th.
• 🌿 Phase 2 (June 11th – June 27th): If you subscribe between June 11th and June 27th, you will receive our July Edition Art & Letters. Your package will ship on July 10th.
• ⏳ Phase 3 (After June 27th): If you subscribe after June 27th, you will officially be queued for the August Edition (Shipped on August 10th).
