2. SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING BILLING TERMS
By enrolling in any of our subscription clubs or recurring services, you explicitly authorize automatic, recurring charges to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or quarterly).
• Billing & Fulfillment: Payments are processed automatically on your recurring billing date. Once a payment is successfully processed, the corresponding order enters our fulfillment and preparation queue.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our customer service team.
• Cut-off Deadlines: To avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
• Refunds on Subscriptions: Due to the curated and limited nature of our subscription items, once a recurring payment has been processed and a cycle has begun, that specific month's fee is non-refundable, and the product will be fulfilled as planned.
3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & TRANSIT LIABILITY
We take immense pride in carefully packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Fulfillment Schedules: Orders and subscription packages are shipped according to our established monthly shipping schedule.
• Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and secure shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for packages stolen after verified delivery.
• Limitation of Liability: Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier (e.g., USPS), transit times are entirely beyond our control. We are not liable for shipping delays, customs hold-ups, or delivery failures caused by the postal service, severe weather, or unforeseen transit disruptions. However, we will gladly assist you within reason to help track or locate a delayed shipment.
4. RETURN, EXCHANGE, & DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Due to the unique, limited, or personalized nature of our inventory and subscription packages, our return policy is as follows:
• Final Sale Items: All subscription packages, customized items, and specific paper/stationery goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or store credit.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms, or to adjust pricing for our products and subscriptions at any time. Any price adjustments for active subscriptions will be communicated to you via email well in advance of your next billing cycle.
