The idea of “Phobia” project came up in the context of an unprecedented mass media campaign related to the predictions of the end of the world in December 2012. I’ve used this informational occasion and the associated hysteria to show the anxious condition of a person who feels a kind of uncertainty and wants to prove or refute the forthcoming Apocalypse by himself. A person who wants to find some signs of an impending catastrophe in the familiar space.
Unfortunately, in 2020 the project became relevant again.
